I just had my bathroom tub and tile refinished and the experience with this company was superb. Jack was responsive from beginning to end and the work is very good. I emailed for an estimate, was told to send pics, which I did. I received an estimate in 24 hours and set up the job for 2 days later. I confirmed the job the day of the appointment and they showed up exactly when promised. When the job was completed, it looked great, but there were a couple of gaps in the grout job. Had used them approx 5 yrs ago, and was very happy. Called Juan again, very accommodating. Very fair price. Excellent results. Do not bother calling anyone else. Very happy w/work, quietness, cleanliness, respectfulness, etc... Will definitely call him again. He is sometimes very busy, yet even made arrangement to send his crew out at 8AM this past Saturday! This is my second time using New Horizon and Juan did an excellent job. He did the job like it was his own bathroom. Would recommend him to everyone. He fixed the problems my previous contractor left and cleaned up everything.
